Vienna was the heart of the Austrian Empire way back in the 19th century. It controlled most parts of central and eastern Europe. The city was (is still) filled with charming classical music. If you are in Vienna, be sure to check out Wiener Musikverein for some live performance! The food over there has lots of beef and potatoes. If you are deciding to eat McDonald's in Vienna, you have to pay for your ketchup!

- United Nations - It's a very educational place to visit. UN in Vienna includes the International Atomic Energy Agency and the UN Office on Drugs and Crime.
- Hundertwasser Haus - It is a very colourful structure. If you are curious enough, you should check this place out!
- Museumsquartier Wien - If you are History Major or interested in History, particularly European History, you should check out the Museums there to solidify your historical understanding. Not just that, there are many museums for creative arts!
- Prater the Amusement Park - Want to view the beauty of Vienna? Go ride the Viennese Giant Ferris Wheel! By the way, there is a Madame Tussauds Museum!
- The Austrian Parliament - If you like politics or just curious, you should check out the Parliament as well!
